YouthPolitics UK was founded in 2016 by young people in Manchester who wanted to ensure that the next generation had a platform to effectively express their views. We help guide young people every step of the way, starting with initial engagement through the use of social media and talks in schools. We then provide training in key skills such as debating, policy making and public speaking to provide them with the skills needed to enact positive social change. The organisation also acts as a platform to elevate the voices of young people by allowing them to send in opinion articles on the website and linking them with high profile decision makers, campaigns and partners.
